My life’s work is to help people make dreams come true. I believe that when you’re truly ready, your home will appear — and I’m here to help guide you there.
I chose Idaho in the '90s and raised my family here. Boise was growing and I quickly rose to become a top 1% real estate broker. After years of building and growing, I took a break to treasure life — traveling the world and fully unplugging. No calls. No deadlines. Just presence.
I spent several years living abroad — in Singapore, Bali, Italy, Australia, Peru, Spain, Mexico, and beyond. I wondered if I’d make a home overseas, but something always felt incomplete.
Along the way, I began visualizing what “home” truly meant to me. I created vision boards, meditated, and kept seeing the same image: mountains, evergreen pine trees, and a home on the water.
When I visited Sandpoint Idaho, I knew instantly — this was the place I had been envisioning all along. I had come full circle. I was home.
Now, I help others do the same. You have a picture in your heart — of the life you want, and the place you want to live it. I listen deeply to your vision, and together, we find your place in Idaho.

I’m Michael — co-founder of Territory Real Estate and a lifelong explorer of North Idaho’s wild beauty. I grew up in Idaho and I’m proud to help others plant roots in this incredible place I call home.
From boating on Lake Pend Oreille in the summer to carving through Schweitzer’s backcountry in winter, I don’t just sell the Idaho lifestyle — I live it. This firsthand experience gives me deep insight into the land, the community, and the lifestyle you’re stepping into.

Hi, I’m Jennifer! After serving 21 years in the United States Marine Corps, my husband and I retired from active duty and were finally free to choose where to live — and for us, the decision was easy: the Bitterroot Valley.
After a lifetime of being told where to go, we wanted to raise our daughters in a place where they could be wild and free — where safety, community, and nature are part of daily life. The Bitterroot Valley, known as the “Banana Belt of Montana” for its sunshine-filled summers and milder winters, has been everything we dreamed of — and more.
You’ll often find our family skiing at Lost Trail, hiking trails with our dogs, soaking in hot springs, whitewater rafting, shopping at farmers markets, or watching the Northern Lights from our back deck.
Julie and Michael helped us find our perfect home in Stevensville, Montana, and through that experience, I found a new passion — helping others find their perfect place, too.
